To access the NETCOM web pages properly, you need to have AJAX enabled on your browser.
If using Internet Explorer:
* Go to the tools menu, and select “Internet Options”
* Select the “Advanced” tab.
* Scroll down and find the “security” major heading, with an icon of a padlock.
* One of the check boxes is “Enable native XMLHTTP support”
* Make sure that check box is checked, and hit “OK” to exit.
That should fix the problem.
