Teresa Hes is a graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology.

Teresa entered the manufacturing industry in 1992, where she gained extensive experience working in Customer Service for various manufacturing companies.

An advocate for moving forward and trying new things, Teresa is fond of quoting Henry Ford, who said, “If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”
