The patented and patent pending GPT–3 Freeze Protection Thermostat fills a need in between electromechanical thermostats and high-end general purpose single and multiple channel temperature controls. It offers performance features that can not be provided by simple electromechanical thermostats while providing lower cost and operational simplicity when compared to the highend products. The GPT–3 Freeze Protection Thermostat is ideally suited for cost sensitive freeze protection applications that would otherwise go unmonitored.
The computerized GPT–3 Freeze Protection Thermostat has a calibrated temperature adjustment of 41° and 77°F (5° and 25°C), built-in GFEP with programmable automatic reset, automatic supply voltage selecetion, a summary alarm relay, and more. It continuously monitors either constant wattage or self-limiting (self-regulating) heaters with loads up to 30 amps.
