Brushless motor for longer life

Current ADH–2A COM and ADH–3COM dehydrator production uses improved brushless diaphragm compressors with a life exceeding 50,000 hours in place of the original 8,000 hour brush-type units. When operated at the recommended 10 percent cycle the new compressors increases the nominal life from 9.2 years to 57.25 years. DAP–3 and DAP–4 Updated

The web design aids DAP–3 and DAP–4 have been updated to include the APS–4C and SC–40C. DAP–3 Design Assistant divides a snow melting heater load between an APS–4C Snow Switch® and the minimum number of SC–40C Satellite Contactors required. DAP–4 Design Assistant performs the same calculations as DAP™–3 while adding a pro forma bill-of-materials that includes cost information in a report format.
