Order Priorities
As a rule, ETI tries to ship orders on a first-in, first-out basis. However, there are conditions that make this policy against Federal Law! The case in point is DO and DX priority orders placed by the Department of Defense and related agencies and subcontractors. A DO order has priority over all civilian orders while a DX order has over all other orders.
Although not likely, these mandatory high priority orders can cause unavoidably delays. Normally, only ETI telecommunications products are subject to DO and DX orders. These high priority orders are not currently factor in ETI business activities. However, the instability in many places around the world can quickly change this.
